Tubby Time

Brett had his first bath at home yesterday and did SO well. Mommy was a little apprehensive how it would go because he hated having a bath at the hospital. He cried the whole time! But when I gave him a bath yesterday he only cried when I undressed him, and settled right down as soon as I put him in the warm water. He just sat there and looked all around while I soaped him up and rinsed him down. Such a good little boy!! He smelled so good when we got done, that I couldn't help just holding him and sniffing him for a minute! :-)

The only catastrophe of the whole experience was when I put him on the couch to dry him off. Mommy didn't get his diaper on quick enough, and we had a small (or not so small) accident on the couch! Oh well, Mommy will learn to be quicker next time!!

That is so adorable! I love bath time. The baby soap does smell so nice. Why don't we use it for our baths too?

Looks like he is so relaxed. Very Cute!! Gilbert loves to look out the kitchen window while I give him his "tubby."

I remember how Cecily used to splash and splash whenever she had tubby time. Seems your kids always enjoyed baths.

The ducky was his Christmas present even though he wasn't here yet. We bought a tiny stocking and filled it up with the ducky.:-)
